Tickets
In 2008 - 2009, the Calgary Pro Musica Society moved to the beautiful Eckhardt- Gramatté Hall in the University of Calgary Rozsa Centre. Each concert is now presented twice, opening up new seats to our community, something we have been unable to do for more than a decade due to over 40 consecutive sold-out performances.
NEW Subscriptions are available and may be ordered on a first come, first served basis commencing July 1st through to the first concert in the series.

A limited number of tickets to individual concerts within the subscription series may become available. Ticket orders for individual concerts can be ordered anytime after September 1.

Performances:
- Begin at 7 p.m. on Sundays, and 8 p.m. on Mondays.
- Box Office opens one hour prior to show time.
If picking up tickets at the Box Office, please arrive early - The Box Office takes cash and personal cheques only (no debit or credit)
- Please check performance times on your tickets.
Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break, suitable to performers and management in order to minimize disturbance to other patrons and the performers. - Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- The Box Office reserves the right to select seating for tickets purchased within 30 minutes of curtain time.

The tickets for the Snow Queen are now available through Campus Ticket Centre at the UofC
Subscriptions and individual concert tickets are non-refundable. Credit will only be issued in the event of concert cancellation. Such credit will be used towards the purchase of future tickets/subscriptions.
Concert Cancellation Policy:If a concert is cancelled by the Society, the Artist, or the Performance Venue Management, credit will be given to all ticket buyers/subscribers. Subscribers will receive a credit on their account in an amount equivalent to what they paid for the tickets. In the case of subscription tickets, this will amount to one fifth (one of five concerts) of their subscription price. The credit will be used towards the purchase of future tickets/subscriptions.
Transfer Policy:Tickets within a subscription and individual concert tickets may be transferred to another party. Complete subscriptions are not transferable.
Ticket Exchange:Complimentary ticket exchange privileges are available to subscribers. Pro Musica will exchange your tickets for comparable seats to another performance, subject to availability. Exchanges can only be made between different dates of the same ensemble. Tickets that are part of a subscription series cannot be exchanged for special performances. Contact the Society’s Administrator no later than 4pm on the Friday prior to the performance to request ticket exchanges. Requests received after 4pm on the Friday prior to the performance will not be accommodated.
Artist Substitution Policy:The programme content is subject to change without notice. The appearance of specific artists or attractions is not guaranteed. Substitutions may be made, or concerts may be rescheduled. The information in the season brochure was complete and accurate at the time of printing.
Lost Ticket Policy:Contact the Society’s Administrator and a duplicate ticket voucher will be issued (at no charge) for you to pick up on the day of the show.
Tax Receipt Policy:If you are unable to attend a Pro Musica performance, notify the Society’s Administrator by 4pm on the Friday prior to the performance to request a tax receipt. A tax receipt for the value of one fifth of your subscription price (one concert out of five) will be issued.
Mail/Pick-ups:Tickets will be mailed if time permits, otherwise they will be held for pick-up at the Box Office until show time.
Wheelchairs:The Eckhardt-Gramatté Hall is wheelchair accessible and has a location for wheelchairs. Please notify the Box Office in advance.
Cameras and Recording Equipment:Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted in the theatre without the prior permission of the management and the performer.
